Lovely hotel with great breakfast options.
The bathroom door lock was broken, so frustrating. The air conditioning kept turning on and off, waking us up all night. The TV channels were flashing unpredictably. The experience fell far below my expectations.

A nice size and well-equipped rooms have a modern design. The setting is decent and ideal, just off the Latin Quarter and all the top sites/pubs in Galway and the harbour and the Aran island ferry and vibrant town centre which was very convenient...

We really enjoyed it, did not want to leave there, can't recommend highly enough. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was very easy. The nice staff greeted us with a smile. The great and lovely location was so close to a parish church.

It was an appropriate option for a couple of nights in Galway with reasonable value. The afternoon tea was out of this world! Make sure to check the quality of the food before ordering.

The room was immaculate and had a great view. It was also super close to main attractions. On-site parking was a huge plus! I especially loved that we were just a short walk away from the beach, perfect for a sunny day.

Excellent and friendly staff, good food, very handy location. Parking was very handy and cheap right behind the hotel.
The method of switching from bath tap to shower was so difficult I couldn't do it. The price of a pint was 50 cents more than elsewhere. The parking was quite full and difficult to manouevre in due to eejits parking badly.

Location
Breakfast - some items under cooked and not very nice. Directions not very good - it would be helpful if the roundabouts were named for those coming from different directions.
